    Peaceful place, I enjoyed attentive personnel.

    The room was silent and exquisite and complete with jacuzzi. The service was absolutely GOOD.

    It was a relaxing hotel in a shopping area. The restaurant was very nice for a great cost-effective breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. The bed was comfy, the staff were active. It had central location close to Havenmuseum. The beach nearby was scenic and the view was delightful.

    the public parking was onsite, attentive service. the room was cleaned but on our bed and available with whirlpool bath and a great huge bathroom, for example. there was lots of reasonably priced meals. the hotel had a marvellous location next to havenmuseum.

    The spacious City XL King-size room reminded me of a personal retreat, especially with the easy access to the Wellness Club H2O. I relished unwinding in the sauna after exploring Rotterdam. My sister loved the city views from the room, too! The staff radiated with friendliness.

    In my kids' opinion, having a small pool for families would enhance the experience.

    Great for a weekend retreat

    The vibe here is nice, and rooms were comfy. I mean, the bed was really nice and the view from the window was pleasant, not too shabby.

    It wasn't cheap, but I guess you pay for comfort.

    The wellness club on the 8th floor and the spa were highlights. We even rode bikes around the city, such a fun way to explore. Don't miss the sauna and fine harbour views from the room. Just a heads up, wifi incurs a charge, so plan ahead!

    It took ages for someone to come fix it. Not cool after a long day of exploring.
